Warranty

This limited warranty applies to eligible Acezoe products purchased from Acezoe official sales channels or authorized retailers.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, second-hand sellers, resellers, or unknown sources may not be eligible for warranty service.

Acezoe warrants that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the warranty period.

If a covered defect occurs, Acezoe may, at its discretion, provide repair service, replacement parts, a replacement unit, refund, or another appropriate solution.

All eligible Acezoe products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

Consumable parts, wear items, and cosmetic components may have limited or different coverage depending on the product and issue.

Acezoe registered members may receive an additional 1-year extended warranty.

To qualify for the extended warranty, customers must register their eligible Acezoe product and provide valid purchase information.

Once successfully registered, the product may receive up to 2 years of total warranty coverage: 1-year standard warranty plus 1-year member extended warranty.

This warranty applies only to Acezoe products purchased from Acezoe official sales channels or authorized retailers.

To request warranty service, please contact Acezoe Support with your proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue.

In some cases, additional troubleshooting may be required before repair, replacement, or return instructions are provided.

Non-warranty service may be subject to additional fees.

This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
• Failure to follow the user manual or maintenance instructions
• Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
• Improper assembly, storage, or transportation
• Water damage, fire damage, or environmental damage
• Power surges, incorrect voltage, or electrical issues
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or fading
• Noise caused by lack of regular maintenance
• Damage caused by third-party accessories or parts
• Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers
• Commercial, rental, gym, institutional, or non-residential use unless otherwise stated

Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished and will be functionally equivalent to the original product or part.

Any replacement product or part provided under warranty will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, unless otherwise required by law.

Acezoe is responsible for the product only while it is in Acezoe’s possession or in authorized transit arranged by Acezoe.

To the extent permitted by law, Acezoe’s total liability will not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.

Acezoe is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or damage to personal property.

Except as expressly stated in this limited warranty, Acezoe disclaims all other warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

This limited warranty is governed by applicable state law unless otherwise required by local law.

Your specific legal rights may vary depending on your state, province, or jurisdiction.
