Shipping policy
Treadmills and walking pads generally ship from our U.S. local warehouses. Most accessories ship from our China warehouse, while some may ship from a U.S. local warehouse depending on product availability.
We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Processing Time
After payment is confirmed, our warehouse needs up to 3 business days to process your order.
Our order processing and shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST), excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders paid via PayPal eCheck can only be shipped after the eCheck has cleared, which may take up to 7 business days.

Accessory Shipping: Most accessories are shipped from our China warehouse and typically arrive in approximately 10 days. Some accessories may be shipped from a U.S. local warehouse, depending on product availability.
A flat $8 shipping fee applies when accessories are purchased separately without a treadmill or walking pad in the same order.
The $8 shipping fee is charged per order, not per accessory.
When accessories are purchased in the same order as a treadmill or walking pad, the entire order qualifies for free standard shipping.
Treadmills and accessories may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. Separate tracking information will be provided for each package when available.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping address, warehouse location, carrier conditions, weekends, and public holidays.
Free standard shipping applies to treadmills, walking pads, and accessories purchased in the same order as a treadmill or walking pad within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
About Shipping Area
At present, we only ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
Delivery is not available for:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Other U.S. territories
- P.O. Box addresses
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Countries or regions outside the United States

Where Can I Check the Shipping Details of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
You can use the tracking number provided in the email to check the latest delivery status on the carrier’s official website.
Do You Deliver to Upper Floors?
Large equipment is delivered as curbside delivery only and cannot be delivered to upper-floor residences, inside homes, upstairs, or to specific rooms.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us before your order is shipped.
Once a shipping confirmation email has been sent, we will no longer be able to modify or cancel the order.

Why Did My Order Arrive in Multiple Packages?
We have multiple warehouses. Depending on the quantity, size, product type, or warehouse location of the items in your order, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
Treadmills and walking pads generally ship from our U.S. local warehouses, while most accessories ship from our China warehouse. Items in the same order may therefore arrive at different times.
If your order is shipped separately, tracking information will be provided by email for each package when available.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.
We will assist with the carrier investigation process. Claims may take up to 30 days, depending on the carrier.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delayed or rejected orders caused by the following reasons:
- Delivery delays due to remote regions or carrier limitations.
- Delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Delivery delays caused by the customer changing the address after shipment.
- Delivery failure due to customer refusal, unavailability, or inability to receive the package.
- Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, customs clearance, government actions, or other force majeure events.
- Delays during weekends, holidays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
- Delivery failure to restricted addresses, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or unsupported regions.
