FAQ
Q1: The running belt is slipping. How can I fix it? Show More Show Less
If lubricant was just added:
Stop adding lubricant. Use a lint-free cloth to absorb some excess lubricant from both sides/edges of the belt, then test again.
If no lubricant was added:
Follow the user manual to tighten the running belt appropriately.
Q2: The belt shifts left/right. Is it a walking pad problem? Show More Show Less
It depends on the situation: If the belt is centered when running without load, but shifts when walking/running, please check: Whether the treadmill is placed level on the floor
The user’s running/walking posture (consistent stepping) This is usually not a treadmill defect.
If the belt is misaligned even without load: Please refer to the belt alignment adjustment video
Q3: The motor area makes unusual noise. What should I do? Show More Show Less
Please check: 1.Remove the motor cover and confirm the belt is not rubbing against the upper/lower motor cover.
2.Check whether the motor is rubbing against the lower cover. If so, add spacers/washers after confirming no debris is causing friction.
3.Check whether any wires are touching the fan, or whether any foreign objects inside the motor cover are contacting the flywheel/pulley/belt.
If the noise is coming from the motor itself, the motor may be damaged. Please contact support for return/exchange service: service@acezoefit.com
Q4: The walking pad feels hot. Is that normal? Show More Show Less
If you have a thermometer/temperature gun, please measure the temperature. Up to 70°C (158°F) during operation is generally considered normal.Identify where the heat comes from: usually it’s either the running belt/deck or the motor area.
Check whether the motor bottom ventilation holes are blocked, which can reduce heat dissipation. If using the treadmill on carpet, it’s recommended to raise the incline support (if applicable) to improve airflow.
Also check the motor top cover temperature.
If it is extremely hot to the touch, the motor may be abnormal—please contact support: service@acezoefit.com
